All The Answers

Soooooo..... question and answer forum = lame. You people are no help at coming up with things for me to write about! Good thing I'm not leaving the blog up to you.... But! For those five who did send questions, now is your time! 아사! (Rad!)
#1. When are you planning on coming home?
I will be coming home when my one-year contract ends on September 1, 2011.
#2. Did you sign a year contract or what?
See answer #1.
#3. Will you be publishing your blog upon your return home?
Negative. I'd be too embarrassed! Plus, no one would read it.
#4. How is the mood there among South Koreans about North Korea?
At first they were pretty chill. They didn't seem to think much of it, I guess because KJI pulls stuff like that every now and again. But then when the US sent the aircraft carrier and started running drills in the Yellow Sea, people showed a little more nervousness. Now, however, it appears to have blown over and it never gets talked about anymore.
[See "Smoke And Mirrors... And A Real Big Ego" post if you are further interested in my opinion on the subject]

#5.What are your top 3 favorite moments since leaving San Diego?
Aw man, Jodi! Really?* Ugh...... Um, let me see.
    1) Seeing North Korea via the DMZ
    2) The time I almost, but didn't actually lose my shoe in the school squatty-potty. Thank you for your         mercy, Toilet Gods.
    3) The day I learned how to say, "How much is this?" in Korean (if you know me, you know why).
#6. Where were you in the pictures you posted on Facebook recently?
Rachel and I visited Hwaseong Fortress a couple weekends ago. I'm not gonna write a whole post about it as requested only because I already wrote about it back in October when I judged the English competition there. But to clarify, that's where we were in those pictures!
[See "I  Hwaseong" post for further information and "Oodles of Pictures" link at the above right for photos if you are not on FB]
Attempts to take this picture before getting it right: 371.
Korean people staring at me by the time we were done: 85.
Being asked by an old Korean couple in broken English to see the result of our "Action Shot": Priceless.
A big THANK YOU to those who contributed questions! I hope I was able to answer them sufficiently for you!

*Dear Jodi, That question was really hard. I almost didn't answer it, but then I felt bad. Please refrain from asking difficult questions in the future. Thanks! Love, Laurie
